The hotel has two restaurants to choose from (one buffet and one A La Carte). Il-Merill restaurant is a dining experience out of this world with its captivating view of the blue Mediterranean. The chef invites you to taste his mouth watering creations of local and European cuisine. This 500 seat restaurant features a table de hote menu (buffet) as well as a la carte menu (extra cost). The restaurant also offers room service during meal times. With easy access from the main pool and the beach, the Islands Edge Bistro also features a full bar and offers take away food & beverages. The Bistro provides an excellent variety of light snacks, burgers, pizza, pasta, grills & breakfast. During summer, Friday night is BBQ night (supplement charged). The hotel serves a starter of cocktail pasta followed by grilled steak, grilled fresh fish, spare ribs in BBQ sauce, chicken wings and a choice of salads. There is a free flow of local wine during the BBQ. The hotel features two full bars - the Cockerel and the Kaninchen - both offering an excellent selection of local and imported beer, wines and liqueurs and providing comfortable seating areas. The Kaninchen also stocks an excellent selection of exotic cocktails, and a popular range of American and European cigars. |
